Remaining Optomistic..

Well, last months trial did not work. My doctor thinks that because i ovulated on day 18 of my cycle, that it was too late. So, now i've done 7.5 mgs of Femara for days 3-7 and went on Friday Dec 17th for an ultrasound (Day 11 of my cycle) to see how my folicles responded to the new dosage. There was one egg that was dominant and a few others that had responded, but weren't large enough. Ultrasound tech said she didn't see anything happening before monday (which it hasn't and today is tuesday). I'm supposed to test 2 times a day. I will be testing later this evening to see if i have a LH Surge. Keeping my fingers crossed that I ovulate on time. Today is day 15. If i don't ovulate tonight, i have to go for an ultrasound tomorrow. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. This is a very hard process. Have to be able to handle rejection. I've been going through it for the last 8 months now. My body is exhausted.
