How far along? 18 Weeks 2 Days

Weight Gain: -4 Lbs

Maternity clothes? Pretty much all maternity now :)

Stretch marks? Few small marks

Sleep: Sleep is very good :) When i'm not having crazy dreams..

Best moment this week: Feeling flutters more frequently

Miss Anything? Not having to give insulin all the time.

Movement: Feeling the movement more now then ever! :) Curtis is jealous! He wants to feel. But not quite strong enough for outside yet.

Food cravings: No big cravings this week..

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing really makes me sick anymore.

Have you started to show yet: Bump is getting more noticeable! :)

Gender: It's a BOY!

16 Weeks! ITS A BOY!!!! :)

We are very very very excited to announce that our little peanut is a BOY! :) We're not 100% positive on a name yet, but will let you know when we've decided :) We are so excited about this journey! We didn't find out from an ultrasound either. We did something fun! We brought my dad with us to the ultrasound appointment because we knew he could keep a secret. He did too, and was teasing us the whole time saying he hopes he remembered the right gender! LOL anyways, we had a cake made at publix. (See below)

 

Inside the cake was pink or blue icing in the center.  Dad was in charge of calling Publix and letting them know what color icing to put in the middle :) He was awesome! No one knew until we cut into the cake :)

 

We are SO happy! As you can see from the pictures, it was very exciting! :) 

Below is a picture of the ultrasound picture :) It's not a very clear picture.. but on the ultrasound video you can definitely tell this lil one is a boy :) Here is a link to the ultrasound video :) 

Amiyah is VERY excited to be an aunt :)

Maternity clothes? Getting there.. I've worn 1 maternity shirt so far.

Stretch marks? None

Sleep: Sleep is very good :) 

Best moment this week: Finding out our peanut is a BOY!

Miss Anything? Not having to give insulin all the time.

Movement:Feeling little flutters which are getting stronger!

Food cravings: Mexican food.. Tacos, taco salad, etc.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing really makes me sick anymore.

Have you started to show yet: A itty bitty bump so far..

14 Weeks :)

I guess i'm a little late on this post. Sorry :( But we're almost finished with the first week of the 2nd trimester :) Yayyyy!! :) It feels so good to be out of the first trimester :) Diabetes is going okay. I'm finally figuring out my body and how to control my sugars and how well my body responds to certain foods. (I've had ice cream twice this week, and no spike! :) That's fantastic!)
I was quick to post the last post because i missed the 12 week post, and completely forgot to post the new ultrasound pictures from 11 weeks 4 days :) Our baby is looking more and more like a baby :)

We are on Cloud 9! Baby is doing well :) Even starting to feel little flutters! :) Almost feels like someone is tapping me from the inside :) Hopefully within the next few weeks or so, I'll actually be able to feel the kicks more :) We find out on April 16th if our lil peanut is a boy or a girl !! :) We are so beyond excited!! :)

Food cravings: Pizza! Have to figure out alternatives to satisfy the cravings..
